Imagine my surprise to find that Ed Dale had visited the blog and left a comment - and imagine my delight to find that it was complimentary! Ed points out in his comment on this post that Michel Fortin wrote the Underachiever Mastery sales letter (the letter is done now that they're not selling any more courses for a while). That cemented my decision to sign up as a member of Michel's "Copy Doctor" membership site. Once I got inside - I was soooo glad I made the decision. Check it out. At the very least watch the free critique video.
And Ed...can I quote you on loving the blog? :-)
Thanks Ray. You're entirely right (from your previous post), that great headlines are so crucial. 90% (if not more, as it's just an arbitrary figure), of websites that don't convert can be easily attributed to a dull headline. People scan, skim and scroll. They NEVER read anything at first. Thus, you need to grab them by the eyeballs with a compelling statement right in the headline.
